Chawra Plastics was founded in the year 1986 and managed by highly technical and qualified professionals. It is conveniently located in Nagpur MIDC industrial area, which is known among the leading business centers of Maharashtra, Central India.

We began our operations with manufacturing of twines, tapes, PE and other specialty packaging films for industrial use. Over the period, we introduced EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) films and bags, printed rubber hose labels, lay line tapes, identification tapes for steel wire ropes, Nylon/HDPE/PP ropes, conducting films and tapes, and specialty packaging films for explosives along with various custom designed products based on specific customer requirements.

Infrastructure

• Multiple state of the art extrusion lines capable of producing PE, PP, Nylon, PS films, sheets and fibers from 0.0015 mm to 5 mm thickness and widths up to 900 mm.
• Micro and macro slitters with a minimum slitting width of 1.25 mm.
• Rotogravure, flexographic and screen printing machines.
• Post-production converting machines, cutting/sealing machines with max speeds of 500 cuts per min.
• In-house screen manufacturing capability for best results and quick turn-around time.
• In-house printing ink composition capability for best print quality and colour matching.
• Hot-melt lamination machine with two or three layer laminating capability
